Insurance Coordinator - Manhattan Beach, CA

The Preferred Qualifications Needed to Thrive:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of administrative and receptionist experience
  • Experience in the insurance space is a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems

The Core Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for welcoming clients and ensuring a pleasant experience
  • Act as the first point of contact and assist with routing calls and transferring to the appropriate department
  • Manage essential administrative duties, including organizing, ensuring a clean workspace, and handling all mail deliveries
  • Efficiently handle scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for team members
  • Assist with the preparation of important onboarding documents and prepare packets
  • Data entry in various platforms
