7 to 10 years of business systems analyst experience and end-to-end implementations with integration of Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ and ERP.
Serve as main point of contact between business units and IT to identify opportunities for system enhancements and business process improvements.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones, facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Adept at collaboration, analysis, understanding and communicating complex issues and solutions to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and specifications.
Work with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with overall business strategy and objectives.
Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Experience with Agile methodology and Jira including running standups and managing Jira stories.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Should be well versed in Salesforce CPQ, CRM architecture, CPQ and ERP Architecture.
