Schedule:

• MIDS: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• 12-hour shifts
• Full-time assignment

Desired Qualifications:

• RN License in Texas or compact licensure
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Minimum of 1 year emergency care experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience highly regarded
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA only)
• TNCC certification required
• Completion of orientation, annual competencies, and any designated nurse residency or onboarding programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Deliver both routine and complex nursing interventions, including medication administration and emergency response for stroke, STEMI, and trauma cases
• Respond to patients’ psychological, emotional, and educational needs
• Delegate effectively to manage clinical situations
• Precisely document all care, histories, and treatments in EPIC EMR
• Continually develop skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment
