Job Summary:Lead CRM development / support projects from conceptualization to implementation. Develop custom solutions in the Salesforce platform and build integration points between Salesforce and back-end / legacy systems.Responsibilities and Essential Duties:Design Salesforce solutions and form effective project plans. Add value in all stages of project work (definition, development, deployment).Development on-target Salesforce solutions, leveraging Force.com sites, Apex coding, and other technologies.Play a lead role evaluating new CRM technologies/add-ons and develop plans for their implementation.Leverage experience with Java development, web services development, and SQL development to build integration points between Salesforce and back-end / Legacy systems.Train other development resources on Salesforce development practices as needed. Maintain currency with Salesforce development best practicesEducation and/or Experience:At least 4 years demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com administration, integration tools, and APIs a must.At least 4 years demonstrated experience with Apex coding.At least 4 years of experience supporting Salesforce, including:Application customizationReporting toolsData import/export toolsAPI integration2+ years of experience with SQL query writing. Strong relational database background/understanding.2+ years of experience with web development technologies (ASP.NET, web services) a plus. Familiarity with object-oriented programming a must.Salesforce.com Advanced Developer (501) Certification is preferred.Demonstrated project discipline and experience.
