Extensive knowledge of specialty insurance, especially renters and travel insurance. Thorough understanding of insurance product development, filings, and compliance procedures. Familiarity with bureau forms, rates, and rules. Ability to interpret and apply insurance regulations to achieve high compliance standards. Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory environments for renters and travel insurance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; adept at leveraging data and market insights in product development. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical audiences. High attention to detail and dedication to quality and compliance. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently or as part of a team, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Experience working for an insurance carrier, MGA, or broker specializing in specialty lines.
