As an HVAC Comfort Sales Representative, you will:

• Connect with Customers: Establish rapport and understand the unique needs of each customer to provide tailored home comfort solutions.
• Drive Sales: Convert inbound leads into closed sales by presenting the best products and services.
• Market Expertise: Become an expert in your market, understanding local codes and our product lines to better serve your clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in-home sales.
• HVAC/Plumbing Knowledge: Prior experience in HVAC or plumbing is a plus.
• Technical Savvy: Competent with Microsoft Office and Service Titan.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for presentation and public speaking.
• Organization and Follow-Through: Highly organized with a strong ability to follow through on commitments.
