RiverWoods Exeter, a leading continuing care retirement community, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN/LPN for a part-time 3p–11p shift within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care to older adults across varying levels of independence, including assisted living and nursing care. You will complete thorough assessments, monitor changes in condition, administer medications and treatments, and ensure accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other clinical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote each resident’s safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. During the 3p–11p shift, you will play a key role in evening routines, including medication passes, wound and skin care, monitoring vital signs, implementing fall-prevention strategies, and responding quickly and effectively to resident needs and emergencies. You will provide clear, compassionate communication to residents and their families, offering education and support around health conditions, care plans, and transitions in care. As a licensed nurse, you will provide direction and oversight to CNAs and other support staff, fostering a respectful, team-oriented environment that reflects RiverWoods Exeter’s culture of compassion, respect, and community.
