Picker / Packer 2nd Shift

Location: Ellisville, MO

Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM (Overtime required; may extend until 1:00 AM)

Pay Rate: $18.22 per hour

Job Summary

The Picker / Packer I supports distribution operations by ensuring accurate, high-quality products are shipped to customers in a timely manner. This role works in a fast-paced, team-based warehouse environment and plays a key role in meeting business and customer expectations.

What You'll Do

• Locate, select, and prepare finished goods to fulfill customer orders
• Operate warehouse picking equipment safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions
• Receive and put away incoming product
• Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks including standing, stooping, and reaching
• Maintain responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your own work
• Perform waste and material management activities in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all safety rules and best practices
• Collaborate with team members to meet business and production goals

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Must reside within 50 miles of the work location (no relocation assistance provided)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
