This position includes paid relocation and offers a competitive salary of 1900 Euro per month. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in Norwegian, assisting with inquiries and delivering outstanding service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to drive customer satisfaction.
• Remain up-to-date with company offerings to effectively support customers.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage conflicts calmly and competently.
• Willingness to embrace relocation and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Open-mindedness for personal and professional development in an international setting.
