MULTI-PROPERTY HOTEL RECRUITER – LAKE TAHOE METRO AREA

Vertex Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Multi-Property Hotel Recruiter to support our growing operations across the Lake Tahoe metro area . This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple hotel properties, with a strong focus on high-volume hourly hiring for housekeeping, laundry, and public area teams .

The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual, and experienced in hospitality recruiting, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hotel leadership. This role requires a hybrid presence , including regular onsite visits to assigned properties.

• Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 annually
• Full-time position

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple hotel properties
• Partner with hotel leadership to understand staffing needs and priorities
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for housekeeping, laundry, and public area roles
• Conduct high-volume hiring while maintaining quality standards
• Coordinate and attend onsite hiring events, job fairs, and open interviews
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local/state hiring regulations
• Track recruiting activity and hiring progress in company systems
• Support onboarding coordination in partnership with HR and operations teams

• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience , preferably in hospitality or high-volume environments
• Strong experience recruiting for hotel housekeeping or similar hourly roles preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Experience with E-Verify and employment eligibility verification processes required
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both onsite and remotely (hybrid role)

• Hybrid role with regular onsite presence at hotel properties in the Lake Tahoe area
• Travel between assigned properties required
• Fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
