• 24-hour call shifts from 7am to 7am
• 0 - 2 patients per 24-hour shift
• Level 1 nursery with low OB volume
• 30-minute call response time required
• Intubation and circumcisions required
• 2 - 3 weeks per month ongoing coverage
• Average 2 phone consults per 24 hours
• 7-bed department
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
