Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Livestream Setup & Management: Assist in the setup and operation of livestreams on TikTok Live, Amazon Live, and other relevant platforms.

• Coordinate the technical aspects of live broadcasts, including cameras, lighting, audio, and streaming software.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during live broadcasts.

Content Coordination & Production: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging content for livestream events, product demos, and beauty tutorials.

• Help manage the live content schedule, ensuring timely and engaging product showcases or beauty tutorials.
• Assist in creating visually appealing set designs and layouts for the livestream.

Audience Engagement: Monitor live chat and interact with the audience during the livestream to answer questions, engage viewers, and promote products.

• Coordinate with influencers or hosts for any planned collaborations or guest appearances.

Post-Livestream Management: Assist in editing and uploading recorded streams to relevant platforms.

• Track performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversions) and provide insights on how to improve future livestreams.

Inventory and Product Management: Ensure the availability of beauty products being featured during the livestream and assist with product display and organization.

• Keep track of product stock levels, especially for items showcased on Amazon Live or TikTok Live.

Coordination and Communication: Communicate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure a cohesive strategy for livestream events.

• Help manage communication between the studio team and external partners or influencers.
