Hospitality Recruiter

We are a dynamic and growing workforce solutions partner specializing in task force assignments within the hospitality industry and beyond. We collaborate with hotels, resorts, and other businesses nationwide to deliver expert-level interim and long-term support. While much of our work involves travel-based roles, we also offer local assignments for those seeking opportunities closer to home.

Job Summary

This is an onsite recruiting role, located in Munster, Indiana 5 days a week. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates to support client staffing requests. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client service by ensuring prompt communication, efficient candidate turnaround, and accurate tracking of recruiting activity.

This role is for HSG's Team, recruiting for all clients and orders that come to HSG. Recruiters are expected to manage candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System, maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams, and ensure all recruiting activity meets company service standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open client staffing requests
  • Submit qualified candidates to clients within 24 hours of receiving staffing requests whenever possible
  • Review and update all new candidate applications within 24 hours in iSolved
  • Respond to all client communications within 30 minutes
  • Respond to all internal communications within 30 minutes
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with clients, candidates, and internal team members
  • Use the iSolved ATS to manage recruiting pipelines and maintain accurate candidate information records
  • Update candidate status and notes in the ATS throughout the recruiting process
  • Track candidate submissions, interviews, and placements to support recruiting performance metrics
  • Coordinate with onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth candidate transitions once hired
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail when managing multiple open roles
  • Host Job Fairs/Hiring Events in Indiana and Chicago in collaboration with Chicago's Talent Acquisition Supervisor
Qualifications

Previous recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple job orders and candidate pipelines simultaneously

Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and service expectations

Professional and responsive communication style

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred, with iSolved experience a plus

Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced recruiting environment
