Job Overview The WILDWOOD FAMILY CLINIC is a leader in providing exceptional health care. We are hiring an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse to deliver quality nursing care in a full‑time (40 hours per week) fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Provide telephone triage and health advice to patients of all ages. Coordinate same‑day appointments and assist providers as needed. Administer out‑patient injections and document clinical data clearly. Make independent decisions and engage patients with strong critical thinking and assessment abilities. Work out of both locations (4901 Cottage Grove Rd, Madison, WI and 251 E. Cottage Grove Rd, Cottage Grove, WI) with own transportation. Qualifications Registered Nurse with phone triage experience (new grads excluded). Knowledge of Epic preferred. Excellent customer service skills and sense of humor. Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment abilities.
