Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | Full-Time Hours | School Year (August 2026 – June 2027)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to children ages birth to 3 through home visits
• Deliver physical therapy services to children ages 3 to 5 in a preschool setting
• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in accordance with individualized care plans
• Collaborate with educational and early intervention teams to support student development
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided in compliance with applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Experience working with pediatric populations, including early intervention settings
• Ability to conduct home visits and work in community-based environments
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during the school year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in early intervention (birth to 3) programs
• Experience providing services in preschool or school-based settings
• Familiarity with individualized family service plans (IFSPs) or individualized education programs (IEPs)
