Job Description

A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed for a 13-week assignment. The role will involve working with a diverse patient population and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide therapeutic care and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in providing effective therapy services to patients.
• Support patients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Engage patients in therapeutic activities that promote their health and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Relevant experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
