Job Description

As a Transaction Coordinator, you will work on the Contract to Close team that oversees all administrative details throughout the contract process, freeing agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their business. Our Transaction team members are experienced in real estate and serve as the first point of contact for all parties involved, ensuring a smooth path to settlement. From document preparation to deadline tracking to requesting online testimonials, your goal is to make life easier for agents and clients every step of the way. You will also work hand in hand with local lenders and title attorneys, bringing extensive experience and strong industry contacts to each and every contract you process. Please Note – This position will require you to be in the local office 2x per month. Responsibilities Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements — averaging roughly 25-30 closings per month Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely manner, with a focus on the details Manage and track contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are met Navigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission records Provide support to Agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations Collaborate with sales managers, and other support teams to offer outstanding support to the agents Qualifications FL Real Estate License Required 5+ years of real estate activity in this market Strong knowledge of the real estate laws in Florida and familiarity with standard real estate forms used in Florida In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance DocuSign, Google Suite, CTM Strong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract data Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Customer service-oriented personality Impeccable attention to detail and problem‑solving skills B.A. or B.S. degree preferred Benefits Participation in incentive programs (which may include eligible cash, equity, or commissions) Paid vacation, holidays, sick time, parental leave, and recharge leave Medical, tele‑health, dental and vision benefits 401(k) plan Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) Commuter program Life and disability insurance Maven (a support system for new parents) Carrot (fertility benefits) UrbanSitter (caregiver referral network) Employee Assistance Program Pet insurance As an equal opportunity employer, we offer competitive compensation packages, robust benefits and professional growth opportunities aimed at helping to improve our employees' lives and careers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
