We are expanding our national sales team and looking for driven, coachable professionals who want to build serious long-term income — not just earn a paycheck.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Work warm, inbound leads through our proprietary platform — families who have requested information. No cold calling strangers.
• Conduct consultative needs-based conversations with individuals and families about life insurance and financial protection
• Present tailored solutions using our proven, step-by-step sales system
• Close policies and build a growing book of residual commission income
• Maintain accurate records of all activity and pipeline status in our award-winning CRM
• Participate in ongoing training, team calls, and mentorship sessions
• (Optional) Build and grow your own team for additional leadership income

WHAT YOU'LL EARN
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential and residual income that compounds year over year.

Typical earnings for agents who follow our system:
• Year 1: $75,000–$150,000
• Year 2: $150,000–$250,000
• Year 3: $250,000–$350,000
• Year 3.5+: $400,000+

Part-time agents working our system consistently earn $2,000–$6,000+/month.

⚠️ Results vary based on individual effort, activity, hours invested, and coachability. These figures represent agents who follow our system consistently. Income is not guaranteed.

Additional compensation:
• Residual renewal commissions — policies pay you again every year

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ideal backgrounds include: sales, real estate, mortgage, solar, financial services, banking, recruiting, hospitality, military, athletics, or any role where income was tied directly to performance.

You are a strong fit if you:
• Have at least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience
• Are self-motivated and accountable — you don't need to be managed
• Are coachable and committed to following a proven system
• Have strong communication skills and zero fear of a real conversation
• Want to control your own income and build something long-term
• Are 18 or older and currently authorized to work in the United States

LICENSING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

A state life insurance license is required to sell. If you are not yet licensed, we contribute $100 toward your pre-licensing course and guide you through the process from start to finish. Most candidates complete licensing in 2–4 weeks while still working their current job.

Already licensed? Great — you're ahead of the curve.

SCHEDULE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + weekends as needed to hit your goals
Part-Time: Flexible — minimum 8–16 hours available weekly

REQUIREMENTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Must be 18 or older
• Must be a current U.S. resident authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to complete a background check
• Life insurance license — or willingness to obtain one (we help cover the cost)
• Valid driver's license
• No employment visa sponsorship available — U.S. work authorization required
