Job Description

Kforce has a client in Frisco, TX that is seeking a High Volume Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring environment in a fast-paced, field-driven organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and field leadership to execute a high-volume, transactional recruiting process across multiple functions. This is a contract opportunity based onsite in Frisco, TX (5 days per week), with an initial duration of 4-6 months and the potential for extension based on business needs.. Summary: This position is heavily administrative and execution-focused, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. The Recruiter will be responsible for coordinating interview logistics, managing candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to thrive in a structured, high-output recruiting model. The ideal candidate is comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet aggressive hiring timelines.

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume or transactional recruiting environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience supporting field-based or operations-driven hiring teams preferred
  • Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ability to manage interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate follow-up efficiently
  • Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative office environment five days per week
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness
