Job Description:
Program management and reporting / data visualization

1. Automate Surveillance Risk Assessment. product manager / pm to help them automate their risk assessment process for surveillance, to include gathering requirements, tracking design decisions and testing
2. Trade Data Capture. Assist with the program management for trade data capture from the first line. We are currently supporting this effort with 1 FTE and they want to expand. Aim here is to make sure they are identifying and remediating trading platforms where trade data may not be coming downstream into the data lake for surveillance
3. Reporting. pm / resource with a reporting background to help them improve their surveillance reporting capability (e.g. alerts, issues, risks). This include improving the reporting process and building dashboards / data visualization

Qualification:
4-6 Years of experience with
Data Visualization
Program/Project Management
Trade operations, lifecycle, & Surveillance

1. Strong project / program management skills
2. Knowledge of capital markets and trade life cycle
3. Strong data visualization, reporting dashboard development skills
4. Knowledge of trade surveillance risk assessments
