Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently. Move parts through the painting, flashing, and drying stages of the paint system. Mix paints and solvents according to manufacturer specifications . Operate automated paint mixing equipment and industrial paint systems. Apply liquid coatings using electrostatic and conventional spray paint guns to meet product specifications. Monitor parts through flashing and drying cycles to ensure proper curing times. Inspect finished parts and perform corrections when necessary to maintain quality standards. Clean and flush paint and solvent delivery systems as required. Coordinate or perform routine paint system maintenance in collaboration with the maintenance team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the paint line operation. Assist with other paint line and production tasks as needed.
