Production Helpers
2nd Shift
We are looking for a Production Helper to join dynamic manufacturing team in Appleton, WI. As a Production Helper, you support the team, assisting with general production and manufacturing duties and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. No Experience Necessary and willing to Train - Just Need a GREAT Personality and a Willingness to learn!

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $21.00 / Hour

Shift: Monday-Thursday 2nd Shift (3:00 pm - 1:00 am)

What's the Job?

• Perform general manufacturing and production duties to support daily operations
• Palletize products and assist machine operators as needed
• Package finished goods and load/unload machines
• Move materials efficiently within the production area
• Ensure the quality of products and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
