Job Description

General:

Assists in product assembly and shipment preparation.

Responsible To:

Management

Responsibilities and Duties:

·        Assembles product according to specification.

·        Maintains an organized and sanitary work station.

·        Prepares product for final inspection and delivery.

·        Accurately and legibly completes all necessary production forms and records.

·        Ensures that manufacturing process complies with all FDA regulations and requirements.

·        Capable of assuming other duties within scope as assigned by management.

·        Represents the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Environmental Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

·        Must possess mobility to work in and move about in a standard manufacturing setting.

·        Sitting in a seated or standing position for extended periods of time.

·        Strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 50 pounds.

·        Have good communication skills in English.

·        Visual ability to read materials in printed format.

·        Ability to write in English to complete device history records.

·        Ability to hear well enough to carry on a normal conversation.

·        Ability to maintain attention to detail despite frequent interruptions.

·        Ability to reach out by extending hands or arms in any direction.

·        Finger dexterity required to manipulate small objects to assemble product according to the FDA regulations.

·        Must have willingness and ability to work extended workweek, including some evenings and weekends.

Clean and neat in appearance.
