Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time, In-Person) – SageMED SageMED is a fun, collaborative, and innovative integrative medical center, and we're excited to add a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to our front desk team! This is a 38 -hour/week, in-person position working four days a week. Applicants must currently live in Washington State . Out-of-state applicants will not be considered. What You’ll Do: As a medical receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a welcoming experience for our patients. Responsibilities include: Checking patients in and out for appointments Answering phones and responding to messages in a timely, professional manner Scheduling and confirming appointments Collecting payments and verifying insurance details Assisting with intake paperwork and updating patient records Supporting providers and other staff as needed to keep the clinic running efficiently What We’re Looking For: We provide all necessary training — medical experience is not required, but it’s a plus! Compensation: $24-$29 per hour DOE 6% matching 401k (after 2 years of employment) $500 per month healthcare stipend (you get to choose your own insurance plan) Use of clinic gym after hours
