Delivery Driver

Cal Pacific Truck Center (CPTC) is a commercial truck dealership that sells new and used trucks to private and municipal customers throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties. CPTC provides trucks for long term truck leases and shorter-term rentals to meet the needs of customers of all sizes and applications. In addition to selling and leasing equipment, Cal Pacific Truck Center provides full-service repair and parts support through our experienced employees and well-equipped facilities.

We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Pick up and deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
2. Follow routes and time schedule
3. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
4. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints
5. Inform customers about new products and services
6. Perform cleaning, pulling parts, lifting, moving items, etc. to support the warehouse and other departments
7. Support inventory management activity
8. Complete logs and reports
9. Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Skills

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
• Valid professional driver's license
• Ability to lift/carry parts, up to 50 lbs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• High school degree
