Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a MANUFACTURING PACKAGING OPERATOR to join their team. As a MANUFACTURING PACKAGING OPERATOR, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting production and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: MANUFACTURING PACKAGING OPERATOR

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range: $20.00-$21.50

Shift: Multiple shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am. Will work 2 hours of overtime either on the front end or the back end of the shift, Monday-Friday.

What's the Job?

• Package finished product according to approved specifications, work instructions, and work orders.
• Verify correct part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and packaging configurations to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect products and packaging to confirm they are free of damage, contamination, or defects, escalating quality concerns as needed.
• Apply, stamp, and verify case labels to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials, pallets, and finished goods between various areas.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1+ year of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and willingness to become forklift-certified.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions accurately.
