Key Responsibilities: - Provide routine nursing care, including vital signs monitoring and basic health assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications: - Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in outpatient, community health, or long-term care settings.
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care practices.
- Strong observation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work effectively under supervision.
