I work from home so I will usually be home all day besides a few rare occasions where I might need to travel. I will be able to tell the nanny well in advance if I do travel. This job will be very straight-forward and simple: taking care of Asher, playing with him, putting him down for naps occasionally. This is a perfect job for a college student. He naps often and there will be downtime. Light cleaning on the days I need the extra help. There may be another child added after a while, but if that does happen, the hourly rate will be raised!
