CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHAs (Home Health Aide) Positions Available

We are hiring CNAs (certified nursing assistant) or HHAs (certificate) in the Bethel/Danbury area to provide home care visits! Starting pay rate: $16.35 per hour. Paid training includes a 4 hour self defense class. Responsibilities

The Personal Care Services Aide is a person who provides support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home. Specific job duties/responsibilities include:

• Reporting observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager.
• Notifying the Agency Director immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
• Driving safely, complying with traffic regulations, and wearing a seat belt when business travel is required.
• Providing or assisting clients with activities of daily living including bathing, care of hair, care of teeth and mouth, nail care, skin care, transfer of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair, transfer of patients on and off bedpan, commode and toilet. Assisting with household tasks directly essential to clients personal care.

Education and Experience

Experience desired: Six months experience in personal care or home community-based services preferred. License requirements include current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation. Current CT CNA or HHA Certification.
