HVAC Service Technician

$32–$35/hour based on experience + weekly performance bonuses
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced technicians

What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll perform residential service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a wide range of heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including no-heat and no-AC calls.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Perform repairs, diagnostics, and seasonal maintenance services.
• Clearly explain system issues, repair recommendations, and replacement options to customers.
• Provide honest, professional recommendations focused on solutions that genuinely benefit the customer.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional condition.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay current with HVAC technology and best practices.
• Represent Air Dynamics with professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience required
• Proven track record of generating $800,000+ in annual revenue attributable to your service and repair work
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, components, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to confidently explain repair and replacement options to customers
• Strong work ethic and commitment to honesty, integrity, and professional service
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Commitment to continued learning and professional development

The starting base salary range for this position is $32-$35/hr. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package for the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the range provided.
