We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support the HR team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This internship provides hands‑on experience in recruiting, onboarding, training coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn HR practices within a manufacturing setting and can communicate professionally with employees at all organizational levels. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Assist with recruiting activities, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality Assist with attendance tracking, filing, and HR documentation Help coordinate employee training sessions and safety compliance records Support HR staff with administrative projects Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong organizational and time‑management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
