Please reference job order number00460-0013448345 email resume to david.bizub@roberthalf.c0mRequirements• 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, including broad HR generalist responsibilities.• Demonstrated background supervising or guiding HR-related work and supporting managers across employee lifecycle matters.• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.• HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.• Working knowledge of employment compliance, benefits administration, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee relations.• Experience using HR systems and tools such as HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, learning management systems, and ADP payroll solutions.• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and employee service skills.• Practical, solution-oriented judgment with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.Job typePerm
