Clinical Nurse - Non-Operating Room Recovery Unit
Joining the Non-Operating Room Recovery Unit at MD Anderson means supporting high-acuity patients in a fast-paced, post-procedural environment where adaptability, clinical excellence, and teamwork are essential. Nurses in this role contribute to critical recovery care across P3 and PACU units, helping patients transition safely and compassionately.
*The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of nursing experience in critical care settings such as the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Telemetry, or the Emergency Room. *They will demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and a high level of professional conduct. The ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently is essential. Additionally, a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal relationship skills are key attributes for success in this role.
This full-time shift position includes a rotating schedule of:
2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Weekend and on-call coverage required
Shift assignments will be finalized based on institutional needs.
Hourly breakdown of salary range:
Minimum $32.69 - Midpoint $48.56 - Maximum $64.42
