We are currently hiring Entry-Level Freight Dispatchers to assist with freight coordination and logistics support. This role is designed for candidates with varying levels of experience, including those with some exposure to trucking, logistics, or dispatch operations. Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
Dispatchers in this role help coordinate freight schedules, communicate with drivers, and support overall operational efficiency. This position is suitable for candidates who are organized, reliable, and eager to learn about freight and logistics management.
Assist in coordinating freight schedules and routes
Communicate with drivers and internal operations teams as needed
Help track shipments and deliveries
Support documentation and record-keeping for freight movements
Learn and apply basic dispatch procedures and logistics processes
Previous exposure to logistics, trucking, or dispatch operations preferred but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional approach to workplace communication
Reliable and able to manage tasks independently
Comfortable learning new processes related to freight coordination
This position is primarily remote, with the possibility of supporting multiple regions. Candidates will work closely with operations staff and drivers to ensure freight is scheduled and managed efficiently.
