Job Description

Wage - $48,360 annually

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for monitoring and directing students in the driver’s education program, in compliance with government and management directives. 

Essential functions:  

  • Demonstrates and explains handling of automobiles in emergencies, driving techniques, and mechanical operation of automobiles. 
  • Process students’ driver’s education applications
  • Prepare students for written examinations through lectures, worksheets, and discussions.
  • Evaluate students’ performance.
  • Determine the students’ readiness to complete the written and driving tests.
  • Maintain student accountability by documenting class attendance reports. 

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Valid teaching license or accredited by a professional trade (ADTSEA) organization. 
  • One (1) teaching experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
