Job Summary

This role serves as the HR leader supporting both Intuit Dome and the Kia Forum, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive people strategy, strengthen operations, and support a complex, event-driven workforce. This is a highly visible opportunity to step into a multi-venue leadership role, influencing culture, operations, and employee experience across two of Los Angeles' premier entertainment venues.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with venue and corporate leadership to shape and execute HR strategies that support business priorities across both locations

Support and guide leaders across both venues, driving consistency in people practices, accountability, and team performance

Serve as a primary HR partner in a unionized environment, supporting labor relations, grievance processes, and interpretation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements

Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts, with a focus on building strong, scalable teams in a high-volume environment

Lead grievance management, including investigations, resolution, and partnership with operations in a fast-paced, event-driven environment

Drive alignment and consistency across both venues in HR processes, communication, and employee experience

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies and union agreements

Partner on workforce planning and organizational needs, supporting a dynamic, event-driven operation

Identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture

Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and improve HR and operational outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or business partner roles

Experience working in a unionized environment with a solid understanding of labor relations principles

Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Demonstrated ability to influence and support leaders in a fast-paced, complex environment

Experience managing competing priorities across multiple teams or locations

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
