Join to apply for the Data Scientist role at Korn Ferry Join to apply for the Data Scientist role at Korn Ferry We have partnered with our client in their search for a Data Scientist in Plano TX Responsibilities * Collaborate with the development team to integrate data science solutions into full stack application development. * Analyze data related to access provisioning and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. * Develop predictive models and algorithms to enhance the SCIM broker solution's efficiency and security. * Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. * Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation to ensure data quality and accuracy. * Communicate findings and insights through visualizations, reports, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in data science and access provisioning. Skills Required * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python or R. * Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques. * Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PySpark or Polars. * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Powe BI , or Tableau. * Knowledge of SQL and experience with database querying.
