About job:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Agent to assist customers, coordinate service requests, and support daily relocation operations in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service throughout every stage of the moving process.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
* Provide accurate information regarding moving schedules, services, and company procedures
* Coordinate with drivers, movers, and operations staff to address customer needs
* Enter and update customer information, orders, and service details in company systems
* Handle complaints and service issues with professionalism and effective problem-solving
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer and data entry skills
