Join the future of transportation as an Autonomous Vehicle Operator (Safety Driver) in Miami, FL. You'll help test and operate self-driving ride-hailing vehicles, ensuring safe, reliable performance on real roads. This is an on-site position for local Miami-area applicants who want to work hands-on with next-generation autonomous driving technology.
Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles in real-world environments.
Take control when necessary to maintain safety.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report performance or safety issues.
Collect data, provide feedback to engineering teams, and support vehicle readiness.
Represent the brand with professionalism during all operations.
Paid training in Las Vegas, NV (flights and hotel covered).
After training, daily operations resume in Miami, FL.
$27/hour + up to 7% shift bonus for nights/weekends.
Day Shifts: 6:45 AM3:15 PM or 7:45 AM4:15 PM.
Night Shifts: 2:45 PM11:15 PM or 3:45 PM12:15 AM.
Rotating 5-day schedules: WedSun, ThuMon, FriTue, or SatWed.
Must live in Miami, FL and hold a valid Florida driver's license.
Clean driving record no DUIs or criminal history.
Ability to stay focused and alert for long driving sessions (up to 8 hours/day).
Strong communication and tech troubleshooting skills.
3 years of professional driving experience (rideshare, delivery, or commercial).
Regular Driver's licence with no gaps.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or computer systems.

Receive an email and take a Typing test (minimum 45 WPM).
On-site driving test (DMV-similar with cones, parking, and city navigation).
