Abraham Joshua Heschel School (The Heschel School) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to begin mid April. The full-time, in-person work schedule is Monday through Thursday 7:45AM to 4:45PM and Friday 7:45AM to 2:15PM. The Administrative Assistant will provide general support to the 30 West End Avenue main office, which includes, but is not limited to, supporting the After School Program; daily attendance and dismissal for Grades N - 8, assisting the Transportation Coordinator with arrival, dismissal, and bus routing; and covering the 30 West End Avenue reception desk. The ideal candidate must have a college degree.
