Northwood Country Club in Meridian, MS is looking for one admin assistant to join our team. We are located on 4300 Country Club Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Field telephone calls
• Greeting members, handling front desk inquiries, and managing member correspondence
• Updating databases, managing files, ordering supplies, and handling mail.
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Enter data into reports as needed
• Acting as a liaison between members and club staff/management.
• Create email and postal mail campaigns

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills to handle diverse tasks.
• Ability to organize and create orderly systems
• Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, PowerPoint, and social media marketing
